Norfolk Sands are a group of volunteers who have all been affected by the loss of babies. Norfolk Sands provides support to anyone who has experienced loss through stillbirth or neonatal death. You can access support via email support as well as monthly support meetings.

Just One Norfolk is a free NHS service that provides health and well-being support and advice for children, young people, and families in Norfolk. You can find information and support relating to pregnancy loss.

Talking Therapies (formerly known as Wellbeing)

Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies offers help and support to improve wellbeing and manage stress, low mood, and anxiety. The support includes a wide range of workshops and courses, talking therapies, including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Lotus Maternal Mental Health

Lotus Maternal Mental Health is a service for women and birthing people in Norfolk and Waveney. Lotus provides support for those affected by birth trauma, fear of childbirth, loss of a pregnancy, the death of a baby within the first 12 months or having a child no longer living with them due to Children’s Services involvement.
