Miscarriage Association
The Miscarriage Association provides support and information to anyone affected by miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy. You can access support via their helpline, live chat or support groups.

Tommy's
Tommy's carries out research into pregnancy loss and provides midwife-led advice for parents before, during and after pregnancy. Tommy’s also supports those who have experienced pregnancy loss via their helpline and support groups on social media.

The Lullaby Trust
The Lullaby Trust raises awareness of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), provides expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offers emotional support for bereaved families via their helpline.

The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust
The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust offers support to anyone who has experienced an ectopic pregnancy as well as partners and wider family members and friends. You can access support via phone, email, live chat or zoom support groups.

Sands
Sands offers support to anyone affected by the loss of a baby, you can find support via their helpline or online communities. Information and resources are available on the Sands website.

Antenatal Results and Choices offers impartial information and support to help you decide on your next steps following antenatal test results. You can access support via their helpline, email or text service.

BPAS
BPAS provides support for those who discover that you have a pregnancy that you feel you are unable to continue with. They will be here to support you to make a decision that is right for you.

Norfolk Sands
Norfolk Sands are a group of volunteers who have all been affected by the loss of babies. Norfolk Sands provides support to anyone who has experienced loss through stillbirth or neonatal death. You can access support via email support as well as monthly support meetings.

EACH
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) delivers all-encompassing, lifelong care for families. Support is available for those who are bereaved of a baby or child as a result of a pre-existing life-threatening condition.

Little Wings of Hope
Little Wings of Hope provide well-being support packs, peer-to-peer support groups, and getaways after loss, helping parents navigate their grief while improving their mental and physical health.

Angels & Rainbows
Angels and Rainbows is a pregnancy and baby loss support group based in Lowestoft, Suffolk supporting families in Norfolk and Suffolk. You can find support through in person or online support groups, befriending services, and counselling.

Whispers from Wings
Whispers from Wings is a bereaved parent group in Kings Lynn who meet monthly to support each other and work on projects to raise awareness about baby loss in the UK.

Just One Norfolk
Just One Norfolk is a free NHS service that provides health and well-being support and advice for children, young people, and families in Norfolk. You can find information and support relating to pregnancy loss.
Talking Therapies (formerly known as Wellbeing)
Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies offers help and support to improve wellbeing and manage stress, low mood, and anxiety. The support includes a wide range of workshops and courses, talking therapies, including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Lotus Maternal Mental Health
Lotus Maternal Mental Health is a service for women and birthing people in Norfolk and Waveney. Lotus provides support for those affected by birth trauma, fear of childbirth, loss of a pregnancy, the death of a baby within the first 12 months or having a child no longer living with them due to Children’s Services involvement.
